Assessment of territory’s response to Iqaluit water crisis has yet to begin six months later
Staffing shortages among reasons for delay

Iqaluit, Nunavut – Work has yet to begin on a third-party assessment of the territorial government’s response to the city’s water emergency in the fall. The assessment was announced more than six months ago. The delay is being blamed on several factors, including staffing shortages and other priorities.
