BCGWA soliciting technical presentations for its April 7-9 convention in Penticton

Members of the British Columbia Ground Water Association are being urged to come up with ideas for technical presentations at the association’s 2022 convention, scheduled for April 7-9 in Penticton.

Spaces are still available for technical presentations, according to BCGWA general manager Dave Mercer.

In an email to members, he asked if anyone has a story to tell, suggesting it could be about the challenges related to climate and weather disasters such as those the province experienced in 2021. Any groundwater-related topic, however, will be considered.

Those interested in contributing are urged to contact Mercer as soon as possible as the convention’s preliminary agenda is scheduled for release next week. He can be contacted at general-manager@bcgwa.org.
