Boil-water advisory issued in Montreal area following major water main break

Montreal – A boil-water advisory has been issued for Vaudreuil-Dorion following a recent major water main break.

Until the matter is rectified, the city is asking residents in the affected area to limit their consumption of drinking water in order to maintain a reserve for essential needs.

Residents are urged to boil their water for at least one minute before its consumption.

The break, which occurred in the Vaudreuil sector, has impacted several streets in that part of the city.
