California farming town’s lone working well fails, prompting bottled water as fix

Teviston, CA – The agricultural Town of Teviston, located in the San Joaquin Valley, has only one of its two wells functioning, and the one’s that working is contaminated. The lone functioning well failed in June, denying the town’s population of upwards of 700 residents of running water. Residents have relied on bottled drinking water since the well failure.
