Canada poised to enter into commercial production of geothermal energy

Canada’s first geothermal power plant – expected to be up and running in a couple of years – will help push the country to join others in the “Ring of Fire” part of the world to feed geothermal power to its grid. Canada has been lagging behind other countries that have already tapped into the renewable form of energy.
