Toronto – The Canadian Environmental Law Association, which represented the Concerned Walkerton Citizens at the Walkerton Inquiry, has released a detailed legal analysis of the Ontario government’s proposed Bill 66 and its potential impact.
The Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) strongly recommends the withdrawal of Schedule 10, which proposes to allow municipalities to attract large-scale economic development by passing “open-for-business planning by-laws” under the Planning Act. | READ MORE
