including contractors, wholesalers, engineers, designers, builders,
developers, government and municipal representatives and more, according
to a press release. CIPHEX West featured displays from more than 250 manufacturers of

“Manufacturers are making technologically smarter, more water conserving and energy efficient products,” said Ralph Suppa, president and general manager of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating in a press release. “These options provide simple and elegant solutions to efficiently maintain manage or enhance the comfort inside the building envelope. CIPHEX West gave manufacturers an opportunity to showcase those products.”

The show also expanded its geographical
reach: 29 per cent of attendees came from outside of the lower mainland
of B.C. or from other provinces and states.
In addition to the
exhibits, more than 375 visitors attended the free seminars and four
technical workshops led by an international line-up of industry experts.
