Cleanup of contamination ongoing in Elmira, but now spike in chlorobenzene is realized

Elmira, Ont. – Cleanup of a contaminated aquifer here is progressing, but one well site has a problem with chlorobenzene which is used as an industrial solvent, and it’s on the rise.
