EPA proposes limits to be placed on PFAS levels in U.S. drinking water

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has taken measures to save thousands of lives and prevent serious illnesses by proposing federal limits on the amounts of “forever chemicals” in drinking water. The plan is to limit PFAS chemicals to the lowest levels where they can be detected in testing.
