April 19, 2011, Millgrove, ON – There will be an estate auction sale on April 30 for the
late John O’Connor, operator of O’Connor Well Drilling Ltd. for 40 years.
The auction begins at 10:30 am and will be held at 621
Concession 6 West, RR 1 in Millgrove, Ont. You’ll find it one mile west of Hwy
6, four miles north of Clappison’s Corners and eight miles south of 401 Hwy
(watch for signs). Jim McCartney will be the auctioneer.
Amongst the 40 years worth of equipment, buyers can find: Schramm
250 ft. Rotary Air Drill mounted on 1985 GMC Tandem General (fully equipped); 1987
International S-1900 Tandem with 20 ft deck and in-box 1500 gal. water tank and
approx 10 ton crane with outriggers (etc.); selection of drilling related items
(bits, mud pumps, Tubex system, drill rods, hose, etc.); and a good selection
of shop equipment ( 8 foot lathe, rotary cut off saw, H.D. air operated press,
H.D. drill press, welders, power and hand tools and storage vans up to 45 feet.
