Fear of groundwater contamination at issue with legal matter over dirt pile

Flamborough, Ont. – A local garden supply company, facing charges related to a mountain of dirt piled up along a major roadway, is hoping a constitutional challenge will help him escape prosecution. Neighbours of the site, where about 24,000 truckloads of material have been dumped, fear it will lead to groundwater contamination.
