Federal, provincial governments provide $3.9 million to upgrade Midland’s aging water system
Outdated booster pumps need replacement

Midland, Ont. – Federal funding in the amount of $2,677,966 will help give the town’s drinking water system an upgrade. Specifically, the funding will help replace aging booster pumps. The Ontario government has poured $1,217,191.19 into the project. The federal funding is from the Green Infrastructure Stream of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
