
Vancouver – A recent Fraser Institute study provides an update focusing on literature that has been published since its 2014 study, resulting in the similar conclusion that the risks appear to be modest and for the most part manageable under current regulation.
The new study is entitled Managing the Risks of Hydraulic Fracturing: An Update. Its authors are Kenneth P. Green, senior director of the Centre for Natural Resource Studies at the institute, and Taylor Jackson, a policy analyst with centre.
