Port Stanley, Ont. – What was supposed to be a three-week sewer build in Port Stanley, Ont., might be closer to three months. Fuel-tainted ground water, discovered on a work site west of the lift bridge in late April, is the reason the Municipality of Central Elgin’s $1.8-million project has been stopped in its tracks.
