Cowichan Valley, B.C. – The availability of water for future developments has become an issue of concern for the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD). A water shortage isn’t currently an issue, but the region’s major surface water bodies are deemed fully allocated and can’t allow further water to be drawn.
