Astec Industries to acquire GEFCO

September 2, 2011, Enid, OK – The George E. Failing Company (GEFCO) will soon be acquired by Astec Industries Inc.

The acquisition will allow GEFCO to build upon its long tradition of providing quality equipment and strong customer service. GEFCO will continue to operate out of their plant and headquarters in Enid, Okla.

GEFCO has been an industry leader in the manufacture of drilling equipment for more than 80 years.
