Groundwater at risk of contamination if hydrovac operation proceeds, municipality claims

Puslinch, Ont. – Groundwater will be in jeopardy if approval is given for a local hydrovac operation, the municipality asserts. Letters have been sent to the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks in which councillors have unanimously objected to the fear that groundwater could be contaminated if a proposed waste disposal site and hydrovac operations are to proceed.
