Groundwater monitoring wells, vapour probes being installed in explosion’s aftermath

Wheatley, Ont. – Vapour probes and groundwater monitoring wells are being installed this week in the town’s downtown area.

Installation will take place in the lot behind the site of an Erie Street explosion which occurred last August.

A recently completed camera investigation was unable to determine if the wells were gas or water.
