Hamilton comes up with plan to solve its drinking water leakage problem

Hamilton – With about a quarter of its drinking water wasted from broken and leaky pipes, the City of Hamilton has devised a new leak detection plan to help solve the problem. The amount of leakage exceeds the provincial average of 15 per cent and is not only seen as expensive, but detrimental to the environment.
