Kirk Wong joins WRAIN as project manager

Jan. 21, 2014, Lindsay, ON – Kirk Wong has landed a new position with Water Research and Innovation Network (WRAIN) as project manager.
WRAIN began operations last May and within months had more than 30 companies interested in demonstrating their water innovations. Wong’s new position was created to manage those projects.
Wong is an environmental business development professional with site inspection experience. He has previously worked for various environmental and regulatory development projects at Environment Canada, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and Watters Environmental Group.
He brings academic chemistry and environmental expertise to ensure safety of potential sites and optimizing site planning. Wong graduated from the University of Toronto with a master’s degree in environmental science.
