Lawyer experiencing conflicting information about drinking water class action settlement

Calgary – An $8-billion deal is expected to be ratified in court next week that covers a class action drinking water settlement for Indigenous communities, but a lawyer for several First Nations said he’s unable to discern which communities are being covered.
