Region celebrates World Water Day March 22

Huntsville, Ont. – The Muskoka Watershed Council is urging local residents to visit its website to learn more about how the region’s water can be best protected. With World Water Day being celebrated Tuesday, March 22, the Muskoka region has noted most area municipalities get their water from various lakes, but has singled out Port Sydney, whose water is drawn from a well.
