National Groundwater Awareness Week is approaching

professionals have a
unique opportunity to educate the public about ground water and water
well stewardship during National Groundwater Awareness Week from March
10-16.

unique opportunity to educate the public about ground water and water
well stewardship during National Groundwater Awareness Week from March
10-16.
This year represents the 15th edition of this event sponsored by the
National Ground Water Association, said Cliff Treyens, NGWA public awareness director.
“Every ground water professional, company, or organization should
seize this opportunity to showcase ground water as the enormously
important resource that it is,” Treyens said. “In the process, those who
promote ground water will have an excellent opportunity to showcase
their companies.”
Treyens said there still is time for the ground water industry
to promote ground water and water well stewardship during National
