New water filtration plant for B.C. Capital Regional District to cost $1 billion
It's part of 30-year plan for Victoria water supply

Victoria, B.C. – The Capital Regional District wishes to spend nearly $2 billion on new infrastructure, including $1 billion for a water filtration plant. The plant would be the region’s first ever, and is part of a 30-year plan for Greater Victoria’s water supply.
