Nunavik residents experiencing yellow water for half the year when local river freezes

Residents describe water as "pee-ish"

Aupaluk, Que. – For about six months of the year, local residents are seeing “yellow, pee-ish water” coming from their taps. Clean drinking water is available during the warmer months when it is drawn from a nearby river.
