Osoyoos, B.C., changes course on water treatment plan

Osoyoos, B.C. – The Town of Osoyoos in British Columbia is offering to foot a $5.2-million bill to implement universal water metering. It’s part of a grant funding application that, with the ability to treat ground water by running water mains under the lake to two treatment facilities, could dramatically reduce the cost of water treatment facilities.
