Owen Sound gets perfect score for its drinking water quality

Owen Sound, Ont. – The city’s drinking water quality has earned itself a perfect score from the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks.

A perfect score of 100 per cent was noted in the ministry’s annual water system report, received last week by the city’s operations committee.

The annual provincial inspection is conducted for all municipal drinking water systems to ensure they meet the ministry’s legislation, policies and guidelines.
