Saint John residents left without water for 14 hours following east end water main break

Saint John, N.B. – Breakage of a 53-year-old water main on the weekend has left about 600 homes and businesses in the city’s east end under a boil-water advisory. Affected residents were left without water for about 14 hours following the break. The cause of the break is still under investigation.
