Downers Grove, IL – The Grundfos Technical Institute has released three new quick tip YouTube videos about seal replacement.
“Seal Replacement for Grundfos LCSE and LCS Pumps” addresses primary safety concerns prior to servicing, demonstrates the removal of the coupling guard, and explains how to prepare a seal cap for seal removal. It is intended for seal replacements for end suction pumps such as the Grundfos LCSE and LCS models.
“Seal Replacement for Grundfos LF and LFE Pumps” demonstrates how to replace a seal in frame-mounted end suction pumps like the Grundfos LF and LFE pumps. Topics covered include safety concerns, removal of the coupling guard, seal cap preparation and cover realignment.
“Seal Replacement for Grundfos LC Pumps” demonstrates the steps to take to properly and safely change a mechanical seal in a close-coupled end suction pump using a Grundfos model LC as the example.
