Sudbury, Ont. – Almost half the drinking water processed in a section of Sudbury is being lost due to old and leaking pipes. The Greater Sudbury area is said to have among the oldest underground pipes in Canada. The leakage rate in the Levack section of the city is 47 per cent. CTV News report | READ MORE
