Sewage leak into Capilano River at Metro Vancouver’s north shore prompts investigation

Vancouver – An investigation is underway to explain a sewage leak into the Capilano River. The river feeds the Capilano Reservoir at the Cleveland Dam, which is one of three reservoirs that supplies drinking water to the Metro Vancouver area.
