Franklin Electric has elected Jennifer Sherman a director of the company
effective Jan. 1, 2015.

Franklin Electric has elected Jennifer Sherman a director of the company
effective Jan. 1, 2015.
Sherman was elected chief operating officer of Federal Signal
earlier this year. In 2010, she was elected chief administrative officer of
Federal Signal, responsible for legal, corporate governance, mergers and
acquisitions, human resources, information technology, compliance, and
government affairs activities. She joined Federal Signal in 1994 as corporate
counsel.
She has a BBA in business finance from the University of
Michigan, School of Business Administration, and graduated cum laude from the
University of Michigan Law School.
The election of Sherman to the board of directors is in
anticipation of a current director attaining mandatory retirement age within 18
months.
