St. Kitts deputy PM says small island states must develop reliable groundwater capacity

St. Kitts and Nevis – Deputy Prime Minister Shawn Richards of St. Kitts and Nevis was the lone government representative from the 38 SIDS (small island developing states) countries invited to speak on World Water Day at the ninth World Water Forum. He urged the international community to work with SIDS to develop reliable and sustainable groundwater capacity.
