Still no clear plans for old Newfoundland mill site

Grand Falls-Windsor, N.L. – Nearly a decade after Abitibi announced it was closing down the nearly century-old paper mill in Grand Falls-Windsor, there’s still no word on what will happen to the land it was built on.
