Still no determination for responsibility of Iqaluit’s water crisis, now into a full month

Iqaluit – Responsibility for the cause of Iqaluit’s water crisis remains undetermined as the issue approaches a full month. A fuel spill in late October was detected near the water treatment plant, but an investigation into a spill that month at the nearby Qulliq Energy Corporation power plant confirmed it had been contained within a berm.
