March 13, 2014 – The SR Series submersible pumps by Franklin Electric are
specifically designed for municipal and industrial applications. The innovative
mechanical design combined with the use of an advanced stainless steel
manufacturing process has resulted in a state-of-the-art submersible pump line.
The pumps have been developed with an innovative hydraulic
design that features fully welded impellers and diffusers provide efficiencies
up to 80 per cent. The SR Series is available in two models including a six-inch
with flow ratings up to 400 gallons per minute and an eight-inch up to 650
gallons per minute.
Built to operate efficiently with Franklin Electric
submersible motors, the SR Series stainless steel pumps are equipped to handle
the most demanding conditions, making it the likely choice for all pumping
applications including: municipal water works, pressure boosting, irrigation
systems, water treatment plants – filtration and reverse osmosis, industrial
processing, mining – drainage and dewatering, fountains, and general pumping
applications.
