Sudbury school students learn hard truth about First Nations’ drinking water crisis
Education session opens their eyes to crisis

Sudbury, Ont. – Public school students in the Sudbury area say they had no idea of the plight of 20 First Nations communities in the province which remain under boil-water advisories. The students at Levack Public School were enlightened about the water crises faced in First Nations communities during this week’s Water Awareness Week. One student said she felt “sad and guilty” to learn about the ongoing situation, adding she hopes the matter will soon be fixed. CTV News report | READ MORE
