It's disappearing faster than reservoir water

Colorado – Groundwater is dropping faster across the Colorado River Basin than the reservoir levels at lakes Mead and Powell, according to satellite data. Groundwater is quietly disappearing, a hydrologist at the Global Institute for Water Security at the University of Saskatchewan says.
