Water delivery services suspended in Iqaluit due to extreme weather conditions
Residents urged to reduce water consumption

Iqaluit, Nunavut – Extreme weather in Canada’s north has forced the suspension of several services, including water delivery. The city is urging people who rely on trucked-in water to temporarily reduce such water consumption practices as laundry and dishwasher use.
