Water services restored in Hay River following massive flooding of town in early May

Hay River, N.W.T. – Water services have been restored in Hay River after the town was almost entirely submerged in flood waters in early May. Lift Station No. 1 was back online Sunday following electrical and mechanical work. The station had been almost fully underwater following flood events. The area was visited on Monday by several elected officials, including the premier, minister of municipal and community affairs and local MLAs. CBC News report | READ MORE
