Winnipeg ponders program that would have drinking water available to city’s homeless

Winnipeg – A pilot project has been proposed that would give the city’s homeless more accessibility to drinking water during periods of extreme heat. It has been suggested that three water bottle refilling stations become available to vulnerable people. Since 2017, the city has used temporary water supply trailers to distribute drinking water in high-need areas during extreme heat conditions. CTV News report | READ MORE
