York Factory First Nation still not satisfied with state of water treatment

March 14, 2014, York Factory, Man. – A Health Canada environmental health
officer says the water supply at York Factory First Nation at York
Landing is safe to drink, but Chief Louisa Constant said members of the
First Nation will continue to use bottled water for drinking and for
bathing children, infants and people with sensitive skin until cleaning
and flushing of the water distribution system is complete.
