Hard water issues continue to frustrate Cochrane residents for almost a month

Cochrane, Alta. – Ongoing hard water issues are beginning to frustrate local residents. The water softening system at the local water treatment plant hasn’t properly functioned since Jan. 7 when it was shut down for maintenance. It remains non-functional, but the municipality has assured residents the water is safe for consumption.
