Hamlet’s proposed development apt to increase stress on already problematic water availability

Caledon, Ont. – The towns of Caledon and Erin are dealing with development proposals which could negatively impact local water sources, critics say. The hamlet of Belfountain – a community of about 100 homes – in the Town of Caledon uses private wells to draw water and is already experiencing inconsistency with water availability.
