Drinking water standard set in United States to protect population from ‘forever chemicals’

Washington – The United States is introducing its first drinking water standard to protect its population from “forever chemicals” in drinking water. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is offering $1 billion so that states can initiate public water system testing.
