Jan. 9, 2014, Houston, TX – Jet-Lube has purchased Design Water Technologies, a water well rehabilitation chemical and processes company.
This transaction will provide solutions for treating water well casing and pipeline applications where contamination from iron bacteria and coliform are present.
Design Water Technologies, located in Shorewood, Minn., designs, manufactures and provides technical service for their own products for the ground water industry. The company’s products will become an additional product line for the water well division of Jet-Lube Houston, Jet-Lube Canada and Jet-Lube UK. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in the 1980s, Jet-Lube provides environmentally acceptable lubricants, sealants and related specialty products.
