"The innovations we’ve developed with our partners –
including remote monitoring, consumer activation and tablet-based
assessment programs – are overcoming technical, operational and
behavioral challenges to local sustainability," the group said in a news release.

The Safe Water Network aims to deliver reliable, affordable and
safe water to more than 400,000 people in Ghana and India.

Its work is guided by a core principle, said the release: "By sustainably solving for one
person in need, we can deliver solutions for entire communities, and
ultimately develop scalable systems that bring water to millions more."
