On Apr. 4, delegates will be able to attend the trade show and take part in the association’s division meetings, as well as the annual general meeting. Family members will have full use of White Oaks’ facility, which includes a tennis court, spa, weight room and pool. A free shuttle will be available if one chooses to visit the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to stroll through its quaint shopping district. The city of Niagara Falls is a short drive away. The evening will wrap up with the president’s banquet and awards ceremony. There will also be live and silent auctions featuring donated items from attendees.

On the final day, delegates will be able to receive technical training along with a guided walking tour of the Niagara gorge by Terry Carter, chief geologist at the Ministry of Natural Resources. An alternative schedule includes an all-day trip to Cave Spring Cellars and lunch at the Inn on the Twenty. In the evening, attendees will have dinner accompanied by live entertainment of duelling pianists in the White Oaks ballroom.

The White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa has set aside a number of rooms for guests of the convention from $147 per night. The early bird deadline is Mar. 1.
