Horizontal water well installation gets underway in Okotoks, maximizing capacity

Okotoks, Alta. – Work is underway on a new horizontal water well north of the municipality’s water treatment plant. The town currently operates 13 vertical raw water wells, sourcing water from the Sheep River to the plant. The goal is to maximize capacity allowed by current water licences.
