Pipeline completion brings better quality drinking water to residents of Tottenham, Ont.

Tottenham, Ont. – Vastly improved drinking water is coming to local residents following the completion of an extended pipeline that has helped lower trihalomethanes (THMs) levels. THM levels have been reduced by about 50 per cent since May. A byproduct of chlorination, THMs have been linked to serious health issues, according to Health Canada studies.
